Please ensure that you follow any installation instructions and
read any manuals or ReadMe files that accompany the demos.
And do not perform any live work while you have demo XTensions loaded as they use a number of different methods of protection which could impact on live work. These include:
• turning your copy of QuarkXPress into a demo version
which won't save or print — just remove the XTension
to restore XPress to its usual self;
• scattering random letters throughout any demo text;
…and a few others besides. The method used is usually detailed in the documentation.
To get the full flavour, don't pour 'em all in at once: load them one by one so that you can see exactly how each works.
